Putt-Putt Enters the Race

Enter the Race was the first Putt-Putt game I ever played. It might be one of the first games I could call my own even! The gameplay isn't varied all that much but you get more complexity despite that, especially for a toddler game. You might even get a little stumped for a few minutes! Only downside is Putt-Putt's voice actor changed, which only matters if you're nostalgic for the old one. I like both equally.

It somehow makes fetch quests fun. My favorite would be getting the shovel from the lady tractor, which requires you to get a milkshake. That milkshake looks so darn tasty. I remember thinking it looked like that fruit smoothie you can get at Costco. All the Humongous games remind me of Costco now that I think about it; probably because I bought a lot of the games from there (and a toy store I don't remember the name of that went out of business). I also have great memories of doing Baldini's grocery run multiple times just for the fun of it. You get to explore the maze and pick fruits and veggies and it just made me crave ripe produce and ranch dressing to dip in. I miss going grocery shopping with my mom and dad as a little babby and this game kinda puts me back in time.
